Billing/refunds: How to request a refund for your Simply Draw subscription

If you'd still like a refund, just follow the steps below.


Apple (App Store) purchase:

With just a few quick steps, you can request a refund from Apple:

  1. Go to Apple's problem reports page: http://reportaproblem.apple.com

  2. Log in with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password

  3. Tap or click "I'd like to"

  4. Choose "Request a refund"

  5. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next

  6. Choose Simply Draw, then choose Submit
